Upon touchdown in Singapore, you’ll be transported to your hotel on the island of Sentosa and given time to settle in, go out and soak up the sun, sea and sand around you.
For the alcohol lovers evening you unwind and have a drink at Asia’s largest whisky bar located at the Waterfront. Other than whiskies, we also offer a variety of specialist beers, wines, tequilas, rums, vodkas and other waters of life to embrace different tastes. For the ultimate adrenaline rush, try the world’s first TRANSFORMER The Ride to be part of a nail-biting 3D battle of good vs. evil. Don’t forget to also explore Ancient Egypt with its pyramids, tombs and obelisks from the 1930’s, The Lost World to see dinosaurs walking the earth, Far Far Away for a glimpse into the lifestyles of the rich in fairytales or Madagascar, a tropical jungle brimming with strange and wonderful creatures. Day 04: Sentosa - Singapore
It’s time to pack and check out of your Sentosa Hotel this morning as you are escorted to Singapore city hotel.
Evening you can enjoy Singapore by Night at China Town as you are taken through the history of Chinatown has come a long way since the early days when Chinese immigrants made this enclave their home. Filled with a sprawling myriad of shops and eateries, it bustles with colourful and exciting activities set against a backdrop of rich history and heritage. Chinatown is not to be missed especially in the evening when everything really comes alive. Visit Thye Shan Medical Hall, established in pre-independence Singapore in 1955, and is respected by the industry as one of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pioneers in Singapore. After dinner at a local Chinese restaurant, wander along the narrow lanes of the Night Market and test your bargaining skills against street vendors selling anything from souvenirs to leather goods. The highlight of the evening is a trishaw ride that takes you through the alleyways of Chinatown and down to Clarke Quay. There hop onto a bumboat for a cruise along the Singapore River to see Singapore lit up at night, showcasing beautifully restored shop houses, modern skyscrapers of the financial district, colonial buildings and the iconic Merlion statue. Day 05: Singapore
Post breakfast today we recommend you to start your day with Forest Adventure at the Bedok Reservoir Park which is a Tree Top course where you have 2.5hr of exhilarating fun in the trees! There are 34 different obstacles for you to tackle including bridges, trapezes, logs, a leap of faith and 4 giant zip lines flying over the reservoir!
Before you go, you’ll be equipped with a harness and a helmet and go through a thorough 30 minutes safety briefing. In the trees, you are free to swing as you like! Separate courses for adults & children and truly a fun experience. Instructors are on the course to help along for the first few crossings if required.
OR another great option would be to take a journey back in time and explore the lifestyle of the Peranakans? The Peranakan culture is a rich blend of Chinese and Malay influences in the heart of the city at the City Hall area with a long legacy of Nyonya cuisine, embroidered costumes, accessories, furniture, baroque architecture and craftwork to be admired. Wander through spice gardens or the bustling enclaves of Katong and Joo Chiat for a taste of their food and a captivating experience down memory lane.
Just 15 – 20 mins by cab from the city centre you can enjoy this adventure wonderland which waiting to be discovered and conquered. Later in the day a must do is a visit to Gardens by the Bay - The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden. The conservatory complex comprises two cooled conservatories – the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest situated along the edge of Marina Reservoir. The Flower Dome is the larger of the two & replicates a mild, dry climate and features plants found in the Mediterranean and other semi-arid tropical regions (e.g. parts of Australia, South America, South Africa). The Cloud Forest is slightly smaller It replicates the cool moist conditions found in tropical mountain regions, found in South-East Asia, Middle- and South America. It features a 138 ft "Cloud Mountain", accessible by an elevator, and visitors will be able to descend the mountain via a circular path where a 115 ft waterfall provides visitors with refreshing cool air. These unique trees of up to 16 storeys in height can be found all around the Gardens - twelve at the Supertree Grove, while the remaining six are placed in clusters of threes at the Golden and Silver Gardens. Take a stroll along the OCBC Skyway, a 128-metre long walkway that connects the two Supertrees at the Supertree Grove, and take in a different view of the Gardens. Chill out at the Supertree-top bistro and be captivated by the panoramic views of the Gardens as well as the surrounding Marina Bay area. Back to your hotel. Overnight in Singapore
Day 06: Singapore
Start the day bright and early with an experience of Singapore River Safari which is a 89-hectarce of river theme park nestled between the Night Safari and Singapore Zoo and this attraction is first Asia river-theme park. It is a home to The Giant Panda Forest where a male and female Panda Kai Kai & Jia Jia have a specially constructed climate-controlled enclosure to themselves & the park boasts a tropical rainforest setting along with as river theme with various animal attractions, theme park rides and other major exhibits. The park consists a total of 10 different ecosystems around the world, including the River Nile, Yangtze River, Mississippi, Amazon as well as the Tundra. It features over 5000 animals and 500 species including numerous endangered species, these include the Anacondas, Electric eels, Mekong freshwater stingrays, Manatees, the critically endangered Mekong giant catfish well as a pair of Japanese Raccoon Dog who are part of an exchange program with the Asahiyama Zoo in Hokkaido Japan. After your River Safari adventure which takes around 2.5 – 3hrs you continue to the Singapore Zoo. Watch the magnificent Asian Elephants take a splash, admire the dangerous beauty of the elusive python and be amused by the clever orang utans as you enjoy a jungle breakfast with wildlife. Due to its world-famous open-concept, lush rainforest environment, the Zoo is the perfect place to eat outdoors. Continue to visit world's first Night Safari. Set in a jungle adjoining the Singapore Zoo where you roam the jungle in the complete safety and comfort of a Tram with takes you through the East and West loop. Pass by a large reservoir and weave through selected habitats designed specifically to replicate the natural environment from the Himalayan Foothills to the Southeast Asian Rainforest and Indian Subcontinent. The Night Safari unfolds the mystery and drama of the tropical jungle with stunning effect. This tour terminates back at your Hotel around midnight. Overnight in Singapore
Day 07: Singapore – Back Home
Post breakfast it’s time to pack and check out of your Hotel this morning as you are escorted to the Airport in order for you to catch your flight back home. We are sure you have enjoyed your holiday and the new experiences that Singapore has to offer.
